I specialize in brand building rooted in stories, values, organizational culture and purpose.

I’ve conducted and analyzed qualitative research, built audience personas and customer journeys, and developed brand essence, brand positioning, brand narrative, and brand character.
I’ve also led strategy and creative development on integrated advertising, marketing, and brand awareness campaigns.
I excel in verbal identity—developing brand messaging, voice and tone, storytelling strategy, and leading clients through naming and tagline development.

I’ve written ad copy, web copy, scripts and story boards, blog posts, speeches, marketing materials, annual reports, case statements, magazine articles, and white papers.
I also have experience in executive communications as the ghostwriter and voice of the President and CEO of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, the former President and General Manager of KUOW 94.9 (Washington State’s largest NPR affiliate), and others.
